Lee Van Voorhis is a partner in the Antitrust/Competition practice of the Washington DC office. Mr. Van Voorhis advises clients in a wide range of industries, including media, heavy industry, tobacco, office products and technology. He provides counsel for all aspects of mergers & acquisitions, investigations and litigation and represents clients in matters before the US federal antitrust agencies. Mr. Van Voorhis also advises on general antitrust issues, including assisting clients in developing antitrust compliance programs. He has worked in London and assisted clients before both the EU and UK competition authorities.
Mr. Van Voorhis is a member of the Intellectual Property and Competition Committees of the United States Council for International Business.
Mr. Van Voorhis participated in the Department of Justice Honors Program, working on the Civil Task Force of the Antitrust Division, where he investigated potential violations of the antitrust laws in the high tech and entertainment industries.
