Lauren is a UK qualified associate in the Corporate practice in the London office and undertakes both capital markets and general corporate work. Her experience includes primary and secondary offerings and reverse takeovers of both domestic and foreign companies on the London Stock Exchange, AIM and other European markets, as well as advising clients on bond restructurings, securities law compliance issues and corporate governance.
She has acted, as part of a team, for a number of corporate issuers, such as GlobeOp Financial Services S.A., Premier Foods plc, BSkyB plc, Phibro Animal Health Corporation, Songbird Estates plc and Caithness Petroleum Limited, as well as investment banks and corporate finance advisory firms such as Cenkos Securities plc, hedge funds and leading private equity firms.
She has also advised on a number of domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals of companies and a range of general corporate issues.
Lauren has a joint honours LLB in law with French from the University of Bristol.
