Kyle R. Junik is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges' Boston office. Mr. Junik focuses on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, fund formation and general corporate matters relating to the portfolio companies of private equity clients.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Junik spent five years working as an information technology consultant in the higher education and financial services industries.
