Kimberly Perdue is a Corporate associate in the Banking & Finance practice group in the firm’s Dallas office.
Ms. Perdue’s practice focuses on financing transactions and debt restructurings. Ms. Perdue has experience representing borrowers, equity sponsors, and lenders in connection with acquisition financing, asset-based lending, mezzanine lending, and recapitalizations in a wide variety of industries. Additionally, Ms. Perdue is experienced in workouts and debt restructuring transactions.
Her recent experience includes borrower representations of Pier 1 Imports (U.S.), Inc., Asurion, LLC and Vantiv, LLC in refinancings of existing debt and acquisition financings for Advent International Corp., CCMP Capital Advisors, CVC Capital Partners, Providence Equity Partners Inc., Summit Partners and Thomas H. Lee Partners.
