Kimberly Perdue is a Corporate associate in the Banking & Finance practice group in the firm’s Dallas office.
Ms. Perdue’s practice focuses on financing transactions and debt restructurings. Ms. Perdue has experience representing borrowers, equity sponsors, and lenders in connection with acquisition financing, asset-based lending, mezzanine lending, and recapitalizations in a wide variety of industries. Additionally, Ms. Perdue is experienced in exit financings, workouts, and debt restructuring transactions, as well as foreclosures.
Her recent experience includes borrower representations of Pier 1 Imports (U.S.), Inc., Asurion, LLC and a private equity fund in refinancings of existing debt and Nortek, Inc., in a prepackaged plan of reorganization and exit financing, and acquisition financings for Advent International Corp., CCMP Capital Advisors, CVC Capital Partners, Providence Equity Partners Inc., Summit Partners and Thomas H. Lee Partners.
