Kian Tauser is a senior associate in the Tax department of our Munich office. He specializes in domestic and international tax law advising in particular on the tax-efficient structuring of private equity and M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and fund structuring (especially real estate and private equity funds).
University of Freiburg (law degree 1999, doctorate (Dr. jur.) 2000). University of Oxford (UK) (Magister Juris (MJur) 2002). Admitted to practice in Germany in 2000. Certified tax advisor since 2004.
Kian is fluent in German and English.
