Kelly M. Dybala is a partner in the Corporate Department and is resident in the firm’s Dallas office. Ms. Dybala’s practice consists primarily of financing transactions and debt restructurings. She represents borrowers and financial institutions, concentrating on acquisition financing, asset-based lending, sports team financing and subordinated debt financing. In addition, Ms. Dybala is experienced in workouts and debtor-in-possession financing on behalf of both borrowers and financial institutions.
Ms. Dybala regularly represents a number of leading private equity firms, including Advent International, Avista Capital, Berkshire Partners, Lindsay Goldberg, Providence Equity Partners, Summit Partners and THL Partners, including many of their portfolio companies.
Ms. Dybala also regularly represents corporate clients on financing matters, including recent transactions for Pier 1 Imports and Univision Communications.

In 2011, Ms. Dybala was named as one of the 45 best women attorneys under the age of 45 in the United States by The American Lawyer. In 2010 and 2011, Ms. Dybala was named a "Leading" Lawyer for Banking and Finance in Texas by Chambers USA. Ms. Dybala has been named a “Rising Star” in Texas by Super Lawyers from 2004-2011. In addition, Ms. Dybala worked on the Advent/Aerodom transaction, for which Weil received the 2009 IFLR Private Equity Deal of the Year award.
