Kathlene Burke is an associate in the Business Finance and Restructuring Department at the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Ms. Burke’s practice includes representations of debtors in out-of court workouts and Chapter 11 reorganizations. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable James M. Peck at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York from Sept 2008 – Sept 2009.
