Jordan R. Fasbender is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets practice. She has experience representing investment banks and US and non-US issuers in a variety of securities transactions including the issuance of high-yield debt, tender and exchange offers and restructurings.
Ms. Fasbender graduated from Emory University (BA, 2005) and Fordham University School of Law (JD, 2008), magna cum laude. She also served as the business editor of the Fordham University Urban Law Journal.
