Joe Doyle is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil's New York office. His practice includes advising public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, in connection with acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and divestitures. He also provides counsel regarding general corporate matters, including securities laws matters, corporate governance issues, defensive measures, and other strategic considerations.
