Jocelyn Kanoff is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges’ Boston office. Ms. Kanoff has worked on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, sales of portfolio companies, fund formation and general corporate matters. In addition, Ms. Kanoff also advises portfolio companies of private equity clients on a range of corporate, employment, securities law, and governance issues.
Ms. Kanoff is a member of the hiring committee for the Boston office, and serves as the secretary for the Boston office’s Women@Weil Committee.
