Jessica Sheridan is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil's Dallas office. She has a diverse practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Prior to joining Weil, Ms. Sheridan externed for the Honorable Barbara J. Houser of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Texas. Ms. Sheridan is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Young Lawyers Association and serves on the Steering Committee for the Legal Hospice of Texas.
