Jeremy T. Grabill is an associate in the Litigation Department of the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Mr. Grabill's practice focuses on the defense of products liability actions, mass tort matters, class actions, and other complex litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Grabill clerked for the Honorable Eldon E. Fallon in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana from 2006-2008.
Mr. Grabill received his J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2006, where he served on the Tulane Law Review. He received his B.A. from Cornell University in 2003, where he majored in both Government and Science & Technology Studies. Mr. Grabill is admitted to practice in New York and also before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
