Jeremiah Phillips is an associate in Weil's Corporate Department where he works primarily on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, take privates, dispositions, minority investments, financings, joint ventures and restructurings. He also provides assistance on a broad range of general corporate, securities laws and corporate governance matters.
After graduating from law school and prior to joining Weil, Mr. Phillips spent approximately one year in the Commissioner’s Office of the Washington State Supreme Court where he assisted the Commissioner in making recommendations to the Court on whether to grant or deny petitions for review in connection with cases dealing with a variety of legal issues.
