Jenny C. Wu is an associate in the litigation department, focusing on patent litigation. Ms. Wu's matters have involved a range of technologies, including digital imaging and pharmaceuticals. Ms. Wu has also handled pro bono asylum matters for the firm.
From 2007 to 2008, Ms. Wu served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kimberly A. Moore, Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ms. Wu received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and an Arthur Littleton and H.
