Jeff Angerman is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges' Dallas office. Mr. Angerman's practice focuses on complex corporate and transactional matters, including cross-border transactions and representation of private equity firms and public companies in connection with public and private acquisitions, divestitures and investment transactions. Mr. Angerman has represented a wide range of clients in a variety of industries, including Brock Holdings III, Inc., Kinder Morgan Inc., HM Capital Partners LLC, Whitney International University System, LIN Television Corporation and Lone Star Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Angerman graduated from the United States Military Academy (B.S., 1997) and the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif, Order of the Wig and Robe, 2005).
Prior to law school, Mr. Angerman served as an armored cavalry officer in the United States Army, primarily assigned to the 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas.
During law school, Mr. Angerman served as a member of the editorial staff of the South Carolina Law Review.
Mr. Angerman is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
