Jared M. Rusman

Jared M. Rusman is a partner in the firm’s Dallas office and a member of the firm’s Tax Department and is nationally recognized in federal income tax matters. His practice is devoted to all aspects of corporate and partnership tax matters, with particular emphasis on the tax aspects of private and public companies, domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and spin-offs and split-offs. He joined the firm in August 2007.

Mr. Rusman has been consistently recognized as a leading Tax lawyer in Texas by Chambers USA since 2005.

Mr. Rusman is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where he served as a member of the Editorial Staff and as a Note and Comment Editor on the New York University Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif, and of Georgetown University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and graduated summa cum laude.
