Jan Harmjanz is a senior associate in the Corporate department of the Frankfurt office. He specializes in corporate law and advises primarily on domestic and cross-border M&A, and private equity transactions.
Mr. Harmjanz attended the Universities of Goettingen, Leuven (Belgium) and Strasbourg (France) (Law Degree 1994; Diploma for Comparative Law 1996). He also attended the University of Hanover (Dr. Jur. 1998). He was Admitted to practice in Germany in 1999.
