Jakub Wronski is a Corporate associate in the Boston office of Weil, Gotshal and Manges. Mr. Wronski’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, fund formation, and general corporate matters. Mr. Wronski received his law degree from Harvard University, an M.S. from MIT and a B.A.Sc. from the University of Toronto. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York.
