Hyun K. Kim is an associate in the Structured Finance and Derivatives practice at the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP as well as a member of the Financial Regulatory Reform Working Group.
Ms. Kim’s practice concentrates on over-the-counter derivatives including credit derivatives, FX and interest rate swaps, forwards and options, total return swaps and equity derivatives, both in commercial and structured finance contexts. Ms. Kim also has experience in fund formation and offering transactions, distressed debt trading, and general commercial lending transactions.
