Henry Ong is a partner in the firm’s Corporate department and based in the Hong Kong office. Mr. Ong advises on a broad range of complex mergers and acquisitions transactions and securities offerings in Asia, including transactions in the TMT, financial services, and real estate industries. He has particular expertise with transactions involving public companies in Hong Kong, including matters involving the Hong Kong listing, takeover and securities rules and regulations.
Mr. Ong is recognized as a “Leading Individual” for Corporate/M&A in Hong Kong and China in Chambers Asia 2011. In addition, clients note his M&A and private equity experience and "highly recommend" him for his TMT practice (The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2011-2012).
