Georgina Wilson is an associate in the London office of Weil and specialises in capital markets. Georgina was a member of the teams that worked on a refinancing for IFCO Systems involving €110 and €200 million high yield issuances, a €40 million high yield issuance for TVN, and represented Chr Hansen on its €742 million IPO on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange as well as PAI Partners on their secondary offering of shares in Chr Hansen.
Georgina has also had experience in the Finance and Private Equity teams at the London office.
Georgina is fluent in French and spent six months working in Weil's Paris office, where her experience included advising, as part of a team, Atos Origin on its acquisition of Siemens IT Solutions and Services.
