Gabriel Gregson is a partner in the Silicon Valley office, where he concentrates his practice on banking and corporate finance, with a particular emphasis on financings for private equity sponsors. Mr. Gregson has represented lenders and borrowers in sophisticated corporate financing transactions in such diverse industries as telecommunications, real estate, industrial supply, apparel and consumer products.
Mr. Gregson’s transactional experience includes representation of top-tier financial institutions and private equity firms in connection with senior secured first and second lien credit facilities, asset-based loans, LBO and exit financings and complex intercreditor arrangements.
Mr. Gregson received his law degree from New York University School of Law in 2000 and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1997. He is a member of the California bar.

- Cosmo Specialty Fibers (a portfolio company of The Gores Group), a producer of high purity cellulose pulp, in connection with an asset-based revolving credit facility.
- Floor and Decor Outlets of America (an Ares Management portfolio company), a retailer of building materials including surface flooring, in connection with an asset-based revolving credit facility.
- General Nutrition Centers, a leading global specialty retailer of health and wellness products, in connection with senior secured credit facilities.
- Mexx Canada Company (a portfolio company of The Gores Group), an international lifestyle brand, in connection with a Canadian dollar term loan facility and a Canadian dollar asset-based revolving credit facility.
- Sage Automotive Interiors (a portfolio company of The Gores Group), a manufacturer of automotive body cloth and headliners, in connection with a senior secured term loan facility and an asset-based revolving credit facility.
- Technology Crossover Ventures in connection with a credit facility for a company in which it has a non-controlling equity investment.
