Evgeny Zborovsky is an associate in the Corporate Department of the firm’s London office and a member of the Banking and Finance practice group. He has experience representing financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and private equity sponsors in connection with leveraged acquisition transactions, investment grade lending, asset-based lending, and cross-border financings, as well as loan restructurings, debtor-in-possession financings, and exit financings. Prior to joining the London office, Mr. Zborovsky was resident in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Zborovsky also counsels pro bono clients on not-for-profit corporation law, general corporate governance, and financing arrangements.
Mr. Zborovsky received his law degree from the University of Toronto in 2008, where he served as co-editor-in-chief of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review, and his undergraduate degree, with first class honors, from McGill University in 2005.
