Weil Litigation partner Diane Sullivan will participate in a panel discussion analyzing Canadian class actions in light of trends and developments in the US. Among other things, the panel will explore the critical differences between US and Canadian class actions, offer insight on which US developments in legislation and jurisprudence may eventually be adopted in Canada, and examine the possible implications on the Canadian practice. The panel is part of a two-day conference that will cover a broad range of class action issues and host speakers from both Canada and the US.
