Eric S. Wolfish is an associate in the Litigation Department in Weil’s New York office. His practice area focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as international arbitration and bankruptcy litigation. His practice includes class action, multi-district litigation, breach of contract, fraud, antitrust, and appeal. He has represented clients in a wide range of industries and through every phrase of litigation.
Mr. Wolfish also has an active pro bono practice. He achieved dismissal of a lawsuit against Dianova USA, Inc., a non-profit that provides educational and skill development programs for vulnerable populations. He currently participates in the New York Volunteer Appellate Defender Program.
From 2009-2010, Mr. Wolfish clerked for the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Texas.
Mr. Wolfish graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Development Chair of the Journal of Constitutional Law. He has a certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his A.B., cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis, where he double-majored in Political Science and Philosophy.
