Agency Policy Issues

Assist clients in advocating for changes in the environmental laws; draft proposed statutory language and supporting documents, meet with senators and representatives and their legislative staffs to present proposals, negotiate with other interested parties.

Represent clients in presentations to EPA and other federal agencies concerning proposed administrative rules, drafting proposed language for Agency rules, preparing comments on proposed rules, and litigating rule challenges in Court.

Meeting with EPA and other federal agencies to discuss issues of Agency policy that are important to our clients, proposing changes in government policy which serve the interests of our clients, but also make sense for the agencies.
