Emily E. Friedman is an associate in the Employment Litigation Practice Group and has experience in various complex employment litigation matters, including cases involving discrimination, breach of contract, malicious prosecution, the New York Labor Law, tortious interference with prospective employment, the Employee Retirement Income Securities Act, and wrongful termination. She also has experience in class actions and arbitrations.

In addition, Ms. Friedman counsels clients regarding employment-related issues including employment policies, discipline and discharge, and compliance with various labor laws.

Ms. Friedman served as a law clerk to the Honorable Karla Moskowitz, a former Justice in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
