Eberhard Koch is an associate in the Litigation department of the Frankfurt office advising in particular on disputes with a focus on advertisement, IP/IT and contract law. He further specializes in advising in restructuring and insolvency related scenarios, also with a specific focus on bankruptcy litigation.
Eberhard is a graduate of Universities of Trier and Sussex, Brighton (law degree 2004, Dr. jur. 2006). He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2007.
Eberhard is fluent in German and English.
