Donald R. Whittaker is counsel in the firm's Corporate Department. He specializes in coordinating large-scale acquisition and disposition due diligence for transactions involving public and private companies and their divisions as well as creating and managing corporate data rooms. Cross-border transactions have been a particular focus of his practice.

Mr. Whittaker graduated from Duke University School of Law where he was Order of the Coif. He received a B.A. from Ursinus College in English and Economics.
