David Yolkut is an associate in the Litigation department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges’ New York office. Mr. Yolkut's practice has focused on complex commercial litigation, antitrust investigations, as well as defamation, appellate, and employment matters. He has also provided pro bono counseling to a human rights advocacy group.
Mr. Yolkut is a member of the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
