David Meredith
David Meredith primarily represents hedge funds and investment banks in cross-border financings and securities law aspects of M&A transactions. David’s practice includes mezzanine debt financings, more than 20 high-yield debt trades, hybrid securities, subordinated debt, and structured equity financings such as convertible notes, exchangeable notes and debt-like preferred stock. These transactions involve industries ranging from telecommunications, media and technology, to real estate, hospitality, energy, health care and life sciences.
