David B. Kapson is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges' Boston office. Mr. Kapson has worked on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, fund formation, sales of portfolio companies and general corporate matters relating to the portfolio companies of private equity clients. In addition, Mr. Kapson advises portfolio companies of private equity clients on a range of corporate and governance issues.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kapson spent six years working as a business analyst for information technology consulting firms in the e-commerce and financial services industries.
