David M. DesRosier is a patent litigation associate in the Washington, DC office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He has practiced before several United States District Courts, the United States International Trade Commission in Section 337 Investigations, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. DesRosier has experience in patent suits involving various technologies, including semiconductor fabrication and programming, wireless communications, software applications, touch-screen interfaces, mobile phones, power tool design and functionality, and life sciences.
Prior to joining Weil, Mr. DesRosier practiced patent litigation at another major international law firm. He received his JD from George Washington University where he was a member of the George Washington Law Review, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Georgetown University with a BA in Physics.
