Daniel Yeh is an associate in the Corporate Department of the firm’s Hong Kong office. Mr. Yeh represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, and his practice focuses on complex corporate and transactional matters, including cross-border and domestic mergers & acquisitions, tender offers, other public and private acquisitions and divestitures, going private transactions, spin-offs, and joint ventures. Mr. Yeh also counsels companies on a variety of corporate and securities law matters, including corporate governance issues, defensive measures, and other strategic considerations.
