Daniel J. Venditti is an associate in Weil, Gotshal & Manges’ Litigation department and a member of the Employment Litigation practice group. Mr. Venditti's practice includes all areas of labor and employment law, including defending employers in class action and single plaintiff employment cases in federal and state courts and before federal, state and local administrative agencies, and counseling clients regarding employment law issues arising in connection with employment practices and policies, corporate acquisitions and dispositions, plant closings, and reorganizations.
Mr. Venditti graduated from Binghamton University in 1998 and in 2004 received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Hofstra Law Review. Mr. Venditti clerked for the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt, US District Court, Eastern District of New York, from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Venditti is admitted to the bar of the State of New York, and the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
