Danielle Rosenthal is an intellectual property attorney, focusing on patent litigation.
From 2005 to 2007, Ms. Rosenthal served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan D. Lourie, Circuit Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ms. Rosenthal received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an editor of the Journal of International Economic Law. She received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University.
