Danielle D. Do is a partner in the Corporate department at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Her primary areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions. Among the clients she has served while working in the New York and London offices of the Firm are Reuters Group PLC, Vivendi Universal S.A., Hanson PLC, Pirelli S.p.A., General Electric Company, Molson Inc., Capital Z Partners and MediaOne Group, Inc.
Ms. Do is a member of the New York State Bar. She obtained her JD from Harvard Law School, and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard-Radcliffe College with an AB in English.
