Daniel Bagliebter is an associate in the firm's Capital Markets department.
Mr. Bagliebter advises both issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other capital markets transactions, including acquisition financings, high-yield and investment grade debt offerings, spin-offs and follow-on equity offerings. Mr. Bagliebter represented Cardinal Health and CareFusion in the spin-off by Cardinal Health of CareFusion and CareFusion's subsequent investment grade debt offering. He represented Avatar in its follow-on equity offering as well as the underwriter in Jarden's follow-on equity offering. He also represented the joint lead arrangers in the financing of the acquisition of Wyeth by Pfizer and the acquisition of a substantial portion of Verizon's assets by Frontier Communications. In addition, he represented the initial purchasers in the high-yield offerings by Diversey, BI-LO, ClubCorp and Building Materials Corporation of America; EnergySolutions in its high yield offering; and Irving Place Capital on its high-yield offering in connection with its take-private of Thermadyne Holdings. He has also advised Frontier Communications and SEACOR in their investment grade registered debt offerings.
