Dan Antalics is an associate in the Antitrust/Competition group in Weil’s Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, as well as government investigations and private litigation.
Mr. Antalics received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, the Pacific Basin Law Journal, and the International Justice Clinic. He received his A.B. in history, with honors, from Princeton University.
