Corey Brown is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges’ Boston office. Mr. Brown’s practice focuses on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, fund formation, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Brown received his law degree from Boston College Law School, where he served as a Note Editor of the Boston College Law Review. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
