Clarence Cheuk is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil’s Hong Kong office. Mr. Cheuk’s practice focuses primarily on representing private equity firms, strategic investors and corporations in mergers and acquisitions, investments as well as other cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. Mr. Cheuk's experience includes advising investment banks and issuers in public and private securities offerings and advising public companies on corporate governance and securities law compliance issues.
Prior to joining Weil, Mr. Cheuk practiced corporate and securities law with major international law firms in Hong Kong. Before he went to law school, Mr. Cheuk held sales and business development positions at a public software company in Silicon Valley.
