Christopher Peinemann is an associate in the Corporate Department of the Frankfurt office and focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions, including buy-outs and corporate restructurings.
He attended the Universities of Bonn, Lausanne and Muenster (law degree 2006, Dr. jur. 2009) and Durham (LL.M. 2011), and was admitted to practice in Germany in 2011.
Christopher is fluent in German and English.
