Carrie Suen is an associate in the firm’s Corporate department and based in the Hong Kong office. Ms. Suen's practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters including mergers & acquisitions and private equity investment transactions. Ms. Suen also has experience representing companies in corporate restructuring, pre-IPO investments and securities offerings in Hong Kong and advising companies on Hong Kong-related corporate and securities law matters.
Ms. Suen received her B.A. degree in Economics and Psychology from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 2002 and her LL.B. degree from London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
