Carrie L. Lorence is an associate in the Boston office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Ms. Lorence has worked on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, sales of portfolio companies and general corporate matters relating to the portfolio companies of private equity clients. Before attending law school, Ms. Lorence worked as a business analyst for an international electric and gas company based in the UK and the Northeastern US.
