Weil’s training programs complement associates’ day-to-day, on-the-job education. Workshops specifically tailored for summer associates provide hands-on instruction in practical lawyering skills such as deposing witnesses and negotiation techniques. Summer associates are included in all aspects of the Firm’s work, including in-house meetings, client conferences and activities involving regulatory agencies, Congress and the courts. Summer Associates are also invited to participate in our extensive associate training curriculum - a wide range of in-house legal education programs led by Weil attorneys from every practice area.
