Yes. Each summer associate is paired with a junior associate mentor. Associate mentors play a pivotal role in ensuring each summer associate has the wonderful experience the firm intends.

Offer decisions are made at the end of the summer after everyone has finished the program. Generally, decisions are made before Labor Day.
