The Silicon Valley office runs an exciting Summer Associate Program for top law students from across the country. We seek to hire candidates who are enthusiastic about law and who share our interest in technology and the entrepreneurial spirit of Silicon Valley.

The goal of our summer program is to give each summer associate an in-depth look at our practice, our office culture and our lawyers. We provide summer associates with many challenging work opportunities, including assisting lawyers with depositions, hearings, trials and deal negotiations, drafting motions and agreements and analyzing patent portfolios. We also make every effort to ensure that summer associates get to see our lawyers in action by having them attend trials, meet with clients and participate in deal negotiations.

Our Summer Associate Program is filled with multiple social and recreational opportunities. In Silicon Valley, we take advantage of our exceptional weather and geographic diversity by planning many events outdoors, such as whitewater rafting, camping, hiking, biking, sailing, picnics and winery tours. These planned and spontaneous activities allow our summer associates and attorneys to get to know each other much better as colleagues and as friends.
