At Weil, we realize the importance of effective mentoring. Summer associates are assigned two partner mentors and a junior associate mentor to guide them throughout the summer. Additionally, each department has an elaborate infrastructure of partner and associate coordinators to ensure that all summer associates are engaged in projects of interest and have ample opportunity to meet a diverse range of lawyers in social settings during each rotation. The goal of our multi-layered mentoring structure is to foster a rewarding learning experience and to ensure that each summer associate successfully integrates within our firm.
