Summer associates receive on-the-job training both through formal instruction and direct work experience alongside the firm's attorneys. Our flexible rotation system facilitates exposure to real legal issues across the firm's various practices. Additionally, our Summer Associate Program includes a variety of social activities tailored to introduce summer associates to as many Weil lawyers as possible. In addition to lunches and dinners, activities include cultural and sporting events, a night at the theatre, activities in Central Park, and cocktail parties at popular venues. The social activities are not mandatory, but a great way to meet new people and discover new places.
