Our training programs complement your day-to-day, on-the-job education. Workshops specifically tailored for summer associates provide hands-on instruction in practical lawyering skills such as deposing witnesses and negotiation techniques. Summer Associates are invited to participate in our extensive associate training curriculum — a wide range of in-house legal education programs led by Weil attorneys from every practice area. We also pair all summer associates with associate mentors who provide advice and guidance.
